Phyllis wants to get Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) in trouble on The Young and the Restless, and Lauren thinks Phyllis is jealous of Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman)!

Longtime viewers of The Young and the Restless will remember that both Phyllis and Lauren have been linked to Jack in the past. Lauren dated him long ago, and Phyllis had married him twice. It also took a long time, the first time before Summer Newman (King Hunter) was born, the second time from 2015 to 2016.
Y&R spoilers and recaps reveal that Phyllis was very upset about Sally Specter’s apparent attraction to Jack and her friendship with him, and it seems there is more than just a concern that Sally will cause problems for Summer and Kyle Abbott (Michael Miller). Phyllis might even warn Jack about Sally in The Young and the Restless, and Jack would be pretty upset about that.
He will openly tell Phyllis that her friendship with Sally is none of her business and that she should go to hell! He knew she was up to something, and he had confronted her about it in Grand Phoenix. The subject of Phyllis’ meddling in Jack’s personal affairs could be the topic of conversation between Jack and his former girlfriend Lauren, but it’s even more likely that Sally shares something about her encounters with the curious redhead.
Maybe Sally and Jack can talk separately about Phyllis and her obsession with Lauren in The Young and the Restless, and she’ll make the connection and realize that there’s a reason Phyllis is so angry about Sally and Jack’s friendship – there’s a new Red in town, and Phyllis doesn’t like him, and especially not with Jack!

Even Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) seemed to wonder why Phyllis was so concerned about Jack and Sally’s relationship. Phyllis told him it was a misunderstanding, but Nick didn’t believe her. He thought it was because of Jack’s relationship with Sally and told her to give it a rest, but Phyllis said she was just trying to protect her friend.
If Nick has dealt with it, I’m sure it won’t take long with Lauren, even if Jack or Sally don’t tell her anything – maybe she’ll witness an argument between Sally herself and Phyllis and interfere! The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Lauren knows Jack and Sally are friends and hang out a lot, and Phyllis doesn’t like that!

Phyllis is so bold and brash that even in the Jabot building she has no problem getting into a confrontation with Sally because Summer works there. She would even go so far as to go to Jack’s work to protect him from a California conspirator who has no business in his town!
Little does Phyllis know that Lauren knew Sally’s great-aunt when she worked in Los Angeles at Forrester Creations, and that Phyllis is harassing Sally in front of the wrong woman! If Sally herself doesn’t tear Phyllis apart, Y&R spoilers suggest that Lauren might!
